On March 5th SSP headed to the West Coast to join the guys from West Coast Muscle. Their annual show is one that we love to visit and we also find an excuse to drive our cars and make some stops along the way. Here are some photos from the trip and the car show.
1st Annual Cruise to commemorate the Great Auto Race of 1909 will occur at the end of this month. The trip will follow the path taken by 18 cars as they raced around Central and Northern Florida in an effort to bring attention to the need to improve roads in Florida. Their efforts led to state spending on roads increasing from $19,000 to $1,000,000 a year later.
Run we made during SSP’s 5th Annual Cruise. This year we returned to North Carolina and Tennessee to hit a few great roads. This is the climb on the Tail of the Dragon in the lead car. The run is in a 2002 Dodge Viper. Shot on a Garmin VIRB XE.
